As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on eTech Prowess, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the points below.
Cancellation & Refunds
(Classroom Training / Instructor-led Online Training)
eTech Prowess Private Limited reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, unavoidable plans or major events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, mass violations, etc.)
- Enrollment fee paid by the candidates for any of the instructor led/ Virtual Trainings is nonrefundable.
- In case eTech Prowess cancels the Course, 100% refund will be paid to the candidate.
- If a cancellation is done by a candidate 15 days (or more) before the start of the Course, then the registration fee of ₹ 5,000/- or 5% of course whichever is higher will be deducted.
- If a cancellation is done by a candidate between 14 – 7 days before the start of the Course date, then there would be a deduction of ₹ 10,000 or 20% of the course fee whichever is higher.
- If a cancellation is done by a candidate between 6 – 3 days before the start of the Course date, then there would be a deduction of ₹ 16,000 or 30% of the course fee whichever is higher
- If a cancellation is done by a candidate within 3 days before the start of the Course date, then there will be a deduction of ₹ 25,000 or 50% of the course fee whichever is higher

- eTech Prowess believes in quality and professional approach in what we offer, which earned reputation from industry & professionals. For this reason, there will be trial sessions of 10 days for every course from the commencement.
- We understand & value your investment of money & time, for your career growth. If you feel that the course does not meet your quality expectations as published on our website, 100% of your payment will be refunded, if you cancel within the trail sessions.
All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by eTech Prowess Private Limited.
